Responsibilities include : - Conducting annual training and development needs assessments - Developing a company wide training scheduled - Reviewing and guiding technical training development and skilled trades training development - Coordinating vendor certification training for staff - Developing training and development programs and objectives- Administering spending against departmental budget- Planning, organizing, facilitating, and ordering supplies for employee development and training classes- Modifies programs as neededRequirements : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred- CHRM Certified professional preferred - Technical and / or trade training experience preferred
