Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and data entry.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while ensuring proper material handling.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:
- 3 years of warehouse/shipping & receiving experience ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift and pallet jack experience required
- Experience working in an ERP system required
- Ability to lift and move 75lbs on occasion required
- Ambition to move into a leadership or higher-level role in the future is highly desirable
