Multi Lines Insurance Agency in Union County is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as a trusted insurance advisor for our affluent clients. This role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting
account reviews, and implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing coverage analysis and carrier recommendations
- Conduct annual account reviews with regular check-ins to discuss exposure changes
- Educate clients about coverage options, exclusions, and potential exposures
- Process client requests accurately and promptly
- Occasional in-person client meetings, usually in-office
- Seek and develop referrals from existing client base Technical Operations
- Maintain accurate records in EPIC Agency Management System
- Process documentation through carrier websites
- Prepare quotes, proposals, applications, and remarket materials for client presentation
- Generate insurance-related documents including binders, certificates, policies, and ID cards
- Handle agency-billed account invoicing
- Monitor cancellation activities to ensure continuous coverage
- Support claims handling in coordination with Claims Manager
