Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Ammonia Refrigeration System Specialist to join our team at Synerfac. This is a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art refrigeration systems and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all freezers and associated equipment with minimal supervision.
- Complete required paperwork and perform more complex tasks in the Refrigeration Department.
- Troubleshoot and analyze special problem areas, diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain water treatment systems and chemical controls for evaporative condensers according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery within the refrigeration system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Maintenance Mechanic entry-level test and RETA Basic Electricity and Refrigeration certifications.
- At least 3 years of progressive work experience in ammonia refrigeration.
- Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
