ARCHITECT
As an Architect / Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our architectural projects, ensuring exceptional design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in guiding the team to deliver high-quality architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Management & Construction Administration : Take full ownership of the architectural process from initial concept to final project delivery, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
2. Team Mentoring and Coordination : Provide mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to the architectural team, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining design excellence. Help to oversee renderings.
3. Client Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their needs, presenting design concepts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
4. Conceptualization & Design Development : Generate innovative architectural concepts, develop detailed plans, including schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in alignment with project objectives. Perform Code Review and Life Safety Plan for Projects. Perform site surveys and assess existing conditions for "renovation / fit-out" projects.
5. Regulatory Compliance : Train under Director of Architecture to review, sign & seal all interior & architectural projects. Ensure code compliance & quality control.
6. Trend Research and Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into design projects. Contribute to the continuous enrichment of the design library.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or similar discipline
- 5 years of Architectural design and drafting experience
- Project Management Experience a plus
