Chemical OperatorResponsibilities : - Sample feed, reflux, product, oil etc. tanks- Read collect data and log various process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow and level- Maintain written log of operating performance and adjustment made to unit operations- Maintain unit operations in safe and environmentally acceptable manner- Set up line and equipment to transfer product from railcars, product tank, feed tank, oil tank, ISO container etc. to appropriate storage location- Operate vacuum pumps, vapor and liquid pumps, compressor using standard operating procedures (SOP) - Learn operation and maintenance of boiler and chiller equipment using SOP within reasonable time frame- Take and pass test to stay in apprenticeship program- Operate control board to maintain and improve unit operationsJob RequirementsRequirements : - HS diploma or GED- Previous experience working in a Chemical environment - Knowledge of pressure, flow, level transmitters, temperature and pressure gauges- Able to read and interpret documents, write routine reports#ZRCH
