HVAC and Refrigeration Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Operations Manager to join our team at Synerfac. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our refrigeration systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for thorough understanding of refrigeration systems.
- Operate all freezers and associated equipment with limited supervision.
- Complete required paperwork as required by supervisor.
- Perform more difficult tasks associated with the Refrigeration Department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Maintenance Mechanic entry-level test and RETA Basic Electricity and Refrigeration certifications.
- At least 3 years of progressive work experience in ammonia refrigeration.
- Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
