  • Manage and oversee construction administration phase for several projects
  • Monitor projects for construction document compliance
  • Initiate document revisions and project reviews, and process change orders
  • Establish procedures for the projects they oversee
  • Receive and distribute test reports
  • Receive, analyze, and respond to all form of construction documents
  • Perform budget reviews
  • Prepare punch-lists and close-out procedures
  • Perform post-construction services and investigations as needed
  • Maintain professional working relations with clients and contractors
  • Manage sub-consultants,
  • Conduct construction meetings
  • Provide professional technical solutions for contractor questions
  • Initiate document revisions
  • Process change order proposals by justifying and estimating, and reporting to the client
  • Support the Commissioning process through witnessing and problem solving
  • Provide peer and constructability reviews of design development drawings

    • Salary range : $100-125k depending on experience.

    Hybrid work schedule.

    Job Requirements

    • 5 years of construction administration experience
    • Licensure or tradesmen accreditation within any related CSI Division
    • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of a jobsite in all types of weather
    • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
    • Must be able to climb ladders and high incline stairs, will require inspecting equipment on roofs
    • Will be exposed to common construction site danger
    • OSHA Training will be provided and a passing grade is required
    • Willing to travel locally weekly, as well as occasional overnight travel

    Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
