What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Key Accounts position at Synerfac?
Reporting to VP of Retail Customer Sales, the Director of Key Accounts will drive strategies and operational goals across the Honickman Companies. The Director of Key Accounts will grow and develop trust, foster relationships, and sales with key customers. The incumbent will work across multiple channels in delivering the right resources, provide direction on key accounts, and address / resolve challenges as they arise.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Oversee key accounts by developing and maintaining customers relationships; and continuously identifying opportunities for expansion in market.
- Manage departmental budget, tracking volume and margin.
- Actively contribute to cross functional teams to ensure objectives are met and aligned across the organization.
- Manage a team, by coaching and counseling; and providing support as needed.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points and opportunities within the market by ensuring successful delivery outcomes, value realization, and risk mitigation.
- Track promotional activity and provide post-ad analysis for accounts.
- Continuously drive process improvement in customer service, providing excellent support and satisfaction to our customer

This position requires you to work out of our office in Landover, MD and will require 20-25% travel to our other office locations as well as customer sites.
