What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Synerfac?
We are seeking an Electrical Assembler who has a general knowledge of Electrical Assembly, Production / Quality Control and Inventory Management. Previous experience is a plus. The individual must also be computer savvy, possess excellent math skills, have good communication skills, be a self-starter, well organized and able to work independently. Critical thinking is also a must and the ability to apply pass / fail judgments in gray areas comfortably is necessary.
Job Requirements
- This person will be responsible for electrical assembly and will be taught how to calibrate our monitors / sensors as a backup within the department
- Solder experience is very helpful and certification in this area would be a plus
- The successful candidate will have worked and has a knowledge of Production Control
- Will have responsibility for Inventory Management and should have experience in this area
- The successful candidate will participate in our production / assembly area and must have an electrical mechanical aptitude
- Equipment maintenance and the tracking of such will be a responsibility of this position
- The candidate will be responsible for making sure all orders are readied for on-time delivery to our customers and may actually pull orders if needed
- Should be computer literate so they can learn our in-house inventory tracking system and product ordering
- The ability to read wiring schematics and drawings is needed
- The person will use volt meters, and other types of electrical apparatus
- The candidate should have good communication skills, good mathematical skills, and good typing skills
- Overall team player who is willing to pitch-in wherever needed within the organization
- Must be good with numbers and working with negative numbers
- Computer skills with Microsoft
- Occasionally cover for calibration side when team is out
- Pay Rate : $25-$27 / hr
