Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 8 years of experience in MEP system designs, codes, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and assess electrical designs to ensure quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of electrical designs.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to foster interdisciplinary coordination and maintain effective communication channels.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal quality assurance processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Support business development initiatives by participating in client meetings, fostering relationships, and exploring potential expansion opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A professional license (PE) in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience working as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems designs, codes, and standards, preferably in public school projects.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Proficiency in producing designs in relevant MEP design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
