Responsibilities :
- Oversee department operations, set priorities, and assign team members to projects focused on designing control systems, PLC software, electric power production and utilization, as well as power supply and transmission components for original equipment
- Ensure all electrical designs comply with regulatory standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
- Lead, mentor, and support the growth and professional development of the electrical engineering team.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
