Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as assigned by manager
- Handle and weigh various raw materials, including chemicals and essential oils
- Mix and blend ingredients for intermediate use and finished products
- Packaging and sanitation duties
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience with food processes and flavor compounding
- Forklift certification and proficiency to safely operate an electric sit-down two-pedal forklift
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
