The ideal candidate will have experience in residential HVAC services, a strong work ethic, and a focus on continuous learning and improvement in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
Build strong customer rapport by being outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable, effectively solving their HVAC issues.
Specialize in residential services, working with a variety of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and more.
Educate and inform homeowners, providing honest opinions based on facts for informed decision-making.
Diligently identify and fix small problems before they escalate into larger, costlier repairs, enhancing customer satisfaction and equipment longevity.
Demonstrate self-sufficiency in working independently while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the trade.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements :
5 years of Residential HVAC service experience.
An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial, but not required.
A strong commitment to doing the job right the first time and taking pride in one's work.
An attitude of a lifelong learner, with an understanding that growth and learning are continuous in the HVAC field.
A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record for company vehicle use.
CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal certification is preferred.
Proficiency with technology, including using an iPad and the ability to type professional emails for effective communication.
