Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with engineering, technical, and assembly procedures to produce economical manufacturing methods
- Work closely with QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering to solve product/manufacturing problems
- Develop documentation of processes in the production area, revise existing documents, and create new ones
- Supervise the formulation of cost estimates and analyze actual operations costs
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or the technical equivalent
- Min 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a relatable assembly and test focused industry
- Solid project engineering, communication skills, and cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, medium-sized company environment
