What You'll Do
- Oversee Projects : Ensure timely, high-quality completion of all department projects within client and company guidelines.
- Prepare Proposals : Scope services, allocate resources, and create cost estimates to ensure profitability.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor staff while conducting performance reviews and managing team workloads.
- Business Planning : Collaborate with the Office Manager to develop and execute annual plans, including staffing, revenue goals, and profitability targets.
- Field Work : Conduct 30-50% of work on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Drive Safety : Lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company safety protocols.
- Client Development : Build and maintain strong client relationships through business development activities.
- Quality Assurance : Promote continuous quality improvement and monitor standards on all projects.
