Our client is looking for a milling manager to join their team! Our client is a leader in manufactured products within the medical and defense industry and has been in business coming up on 30 years!
The milling manager will be responsible for supervising the Milling Department, to ensure products meet engineering specifications and to ensure the department runs in a smooth, efficient manner at all times.
Qualified candidates MUST have experience with 5 axis machinery, GD&T knowledge, milling experience, and experience with MasterCAM programming.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Creating, modifying and optimizing the CNC milling and CNC mill / turn programs and any future machines that are implemented.
- Provide direction in all aspects of the machining processes, work instructions and able to train these skills to other team members.
- Collaborates with Plant Manager and production control about scheduling issues and concerns.
Support quality needs on inspection methods and sharing of information to verify parts
