Responsibilities :
- Monitoring day by day operations and reporting on daily performance
- Resolving issues pertaining to inbound / outbound processing to ensure a timely turnaround
- Improving processes / systems development for more efficient protocol
- Collaboration with teammates / external partners to reach business goals
- Maintain / Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop / Plan / Perform internal Audits as required
- Monitoring of carrier logistics
- AOG calls as needed 24 / 7 / 365
