Summary :
Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all operations of an electronic contract manufacturing facility. This role will lead production, quality, engineering, purchasing, and program management teams to ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all plant operations, including production, inventory, quality, and engineering.
Manage SMT / Through-hole PWB assembly, electromechanical builds, wire harnesses, and final assembly.
Ensure production quality meets customer and internal standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Maintain inventory levels, shipping / receiving, and work order processing to align with corporate goals.
Support new sales efforts and inter-company transitions to drive business growth.
Establish performance standards, provide training, and supervise staff to meet revenue objectives.
Ensure capital equipment and staffing align with current and future business needs.
Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency across all departments.
Define and achieve monthly revenue projections.
Job Requirements
Plant Manager Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in a plant / manufacturing manager role
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics.
- Bachelors is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of production, inventory, and quality management systems.
