Our client in Pittsburgh is looking to hire a Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer.
Job Description :
Create high quality designs for numerous projects and clients.
Complete design of plumbing and fire protection systems for interior and exterior projects.
Work with internal design team and comply with industry standards, while also providing support for engineering staff and project managers.
Work with AutoCAD and Revit on daily basis
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of work experience in plumbing / fire protection engineering
Ability to complete designs of plumbing and fire protection systems
Ability to create plans, schematics, equipment selection, calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
Proficient working with AutoCAD and / or Revit
Strong understanding of local building codes and standards, including International Plumbing Code, National Fuel Gas Code, and NFPA
