Description : This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. The ideal person would demonstrate strategic thinking, be a team leader and inspire and mentor others on the team. You will have knowledge of policies and procedures for delivery orders and purchases. This person will be responsible for managing the procurement team of purchasing agents and technicians while coordinating with other departments to determine procurement needs. You will make metric and KPI reports to track your teams progress. You will be responsible for expanding the businesses supply base, maintaining and building relationships with customers, negotiate with suppliers and vendors regarding any updates as well as address any issues or concerns that come up to meet goals.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years experience with 1 year experience being leadership related.
Must be proficient with ERP systems.
Must have experience with Google workspace, sheets, docs, and e mail.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Past experience buying materials required.
