Production Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate batch records in accordance with FDA and cGMP guidelines
- Provide process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet customer requirements
- Ensure facility maintenance is up-to-date and meets FDA/cGMP standards
- Responsible for safety equipment and active participation in safety program and hazard analysis
- Ensure waste characterization, labeling, storage, and disposal comply with Company, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with Environmental, Health & Safety, as needed
- Assure all production/support equipment is in proper operating condition and properly labeled
- Collaborate with Maintenance, as needed
- Ensure secure handling of controlled substances and adhere to Company and DEA regulations
- Maintain 5S areas and promote a positive work environment
- Participate in Emergency Response Training and related activities
- Provide prompt, constructive feedback to team members and demonstrate a professional attitude
- Cooperate with root cause investigations and follow corrective actions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 5-7 years of experience in API Manufacturing or equivalent
- AA in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience
- BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN CERTIFICATION AS FORKLIFT OPERATOR
