We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will have a background in Heavy Civil Construction and must be adept at managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Negotiate and manage purchase orders and agreements.
• Oversee costs, billing, as-builts, and change orders.
• Ensure successful project completion and close-out.
• Utilize Project / Primavera knowledge for effective project management.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular updates and effective communication.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
