Our Client is a Mebane-based international manufacturing company looking for a Veteran Quality manager to lead their new US production site. This role will need strong experience and a proven background in Quality Management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building a QMS and working in a client-facing role.
Job Responsibilities -
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
- Ensure quality integration during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from design through full production.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation, ensuring customer compliance and timely part approvals.
- Monitor production processes, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for quality assurance.
- Investigate quality issues, resolve complaints, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead employee training on quality control procedures and promote a culture of accountability and quality excellence.
- Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality management.
