A trusted provider of integrated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical solutions, is is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Regional Dispatcher. This role is based in Lititz, PA, and is pivotal in ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless communication between customers and Commercial Service Technicians.
Work hours for this position are 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage daily schedules for Service Technicians, dispatching them promptly as service calls are completed.
- Arrange follow-up visits with customers, ensuring timely collaboration with vendors for part deliveries when required.
- Generate work orders swiftly upon receipt of service calls, optimizing assignments based on technician expertise and location.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the company's database for streamlined service tracking.
- Serve as the communication hub, liaising with department managers, employees, and customers to ensure clarity and resolve issues.
- Conduct comprehensive debriefings with technicians post-service calls to ensure quality and address any concerns.
- Initiate follow-up communications to confirm appointments and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the Commercial Service Manager to manage call capacity effectively, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Flexibly assist in other departmental areas as needed to support the overall team's success.
