Reporting Analyst
The Reporting Analyst evaluates policies, procedures, forms, and reports to recommend operational improvements through standardization, simplification, and other efficiency methods. This role assesses organizational functions and structures to minimize duplication and overlap.
- Assess existing procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor reports to evaluate performance impact on key metrics.
- Provide reports and analyses on internal performance metrics for various projects and individual performance tracking.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of systems or processes, including testing.
- Communicate the purpose, scope, and status of implementations to management.
- Develop and maintain written procedures following departmental and organizational standards.
- Document and streamline automated procedures into end-user training materials.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
2 years of data analysis experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in healthcare or healthcare insurance preferred
DB2 Skills preferred
