Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
Responsibilities :
- Create and assess system concepts and alternatives to identify the most effective design and engineering solution for each project, taking into account the project's scope.
- Develop and deliver effective proposals and presentations.
- Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and administration staff
- Interface with clients to discuss changes to designs and / or specifications.
- Supporting the firm's human resources initiatives by providing training and mentorship to junior members of the organization.
