Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates and bids for FDOT capital projects up to $50 million.
- Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions for accurate cost projections.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for precise pricing.
- Identify risks in estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay current on FDOT regulations and industry trends.
- Use HCSS Heavy Bid Software and AGTEK 4D (preferred).
