Our client located in Southern, NJ is currently looking for someone to take on the responsibility of Shop Foreman. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom enclosure and cabinet systems.
This position will require the individual to have hands on experience working in a industrial fabrication shop.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule manufacturing through Final Shipment
- Production standards that meet or exceed customer expectation
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Interact with Management, Sales, Engineering and QC to improve production
- Oversee improvement of employee skills with a concentration on cross training
