Job Responsibilities -
- Design and implement hiring strategies to recruit experienced tradespeople, field supervisors, and project leaders.
- Develop a proactive talent pipeline to ensure workforce needs align with company growth objectives.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Strengthen the company"s reputation as an employer of choice by enhancing branding and outreach efforts.
- Build relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, and industry organizations to support recruitment efforts.
- Utilize hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.
