We are actively seeking a Water Transfer Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, for the Woodbine District that would be responsible for setting up, operating, and rigging up and down jobs safely. This position will also assist in supplying water to customer job sites.

Essential Functions of the position are described below:

  • Clamp lay flat, suction hose, discharge hoses, and assisting operators
  • Perform traffic control when necessary
  • Monitoring tank levels, operate pumps
  • Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
  • Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly


A qualified applicant must posses the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Entry level
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred
  • Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
  • Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
  • Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable


Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes consistently working outdoors in elements/weather. Work schedule varies according to demands of job assignments.
