We are actively seeking a Water Well Technician at Synergen Drilling located in Shreveport, Louisiana that would be responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing equipment to and from job sites, operating equipment while on the job site, and servicing equipment according to the maintenance plan. We are actively seeking a Water Well Technician at Synergen Drilling located in Shreveport, Louisiana that would be responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing equipment to and from job sites, operating equipment while on the job site, and servicing equipment according to the maintenance plan. Job duties are as described below:
- Operate compact track loader, welding machine, pump hoist, and polyethylene pipe storage trailer
- Perform manual labor duties
- Operate welding machine on location and weld pipe as instructed
- Follow all company standard operating procedures
- Maintain inventory of critical spares on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Perform Pre, in-route, and post trip inspections of commercial vehicles
- Ensure equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times
- Current Driver’s License that allows driving a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or greater
- Great organizational skills
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- The noise level is usually moderate to high
- Occasionally working outdoors in elements/weather
- Overnight travel will be minimal under normal operational conditions
