• Roles and Responsibilities
• Data Quality Management & Practices
• Meta Data Management
• Master Data Management
• Define COE Metrics to measure business impact

2  Modernization Strategy

• Road Map development for Moving Legacy systems to Fabric
• Pilot Migration of one legacy system
• Expanding this to other systems

3  Advanced Analytics (AI / ML)

• Identify usecases for Advanced Analytics
• Develop plan for building ML Models
• Pilot Model and Analytics Development
