We do have an opportunity for Technical Support Engineer- Onsite at New York
Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Bohemia, NY. (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $30/Hour All Inc
Experience: 5 Years
US Citizens Only
Technical Skills:
Windows OS and Microsoft software installations, hardware troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP, IP, LAN, Wireless, Active Directory, data and profile backups, A , N certification.
Responsibilities:
· Manage user onboarding/offboarding for IT assets.
· Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide resolutions.
· Install Windows OS, MS Office, BitLocker, Anti-Virus, Visual Studio, SQL etc.
· Update IT asset and inventory records, ensuring SOP adherence.
· Manage desktop and laptop movements within the office.
· Understand Active Directory for users, groups, and OUs.
· Manage data and profile backups and restores.
· Handle IT assets, hardware, and software projects.
· Ensure precise ticket documentation and adherence to support SLA.
· Ensure compliance in all transactions and service delivery.
· Escalate complex problems to higher expertise.
