SynergenX-Low T Center is looking to hire a full time Mid-Level Provider for the Assistant Center Director position in the Edmond Low T Center.

Low T Center/SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
Assistant Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations).

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Oklahoma FNP or PA license in good standing (Must be able to work as a family care nurse practitioner or PA-C)
- 1 year experience as APRN or Practicing PA
- Current Oklahoma DEA license and ONBDD REQUIRED!
- Working Hours M 8-5, T 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5, Sat 8-12p (2 Saturdays required per month)
- Be able to train first week in Houston Texas with travel paid for (Flight/Hotel/Rental and $60 daily meal reimbursement) minus incidentals or deposits, 2nd week of training is in Edmond.
SALARY & BENEFITS
This Assistant Center Director Provider position earns a base salary, plus $400 per 4 hour Saturday shift (Minimum of 2 per month required) adding $10,400 to your base salary per year.
