We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Client Account Manager) to join our team. As a key part of our facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your role is essential in helping us retain clients and maintain a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, avoid scheduling conflicts, and accurately record appointments in coordination with healthcare providers.
Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Collect and verify patient information, assist with forms, process payments, and provide receipts.
Administrative Support: Perform filing, data entry, maintain patient records, coordinate referrals, and handle medical records requests in accordance with confidentiality guidelines.
Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and staff, conveying important messages, scheduling changes, and ensuring effective communication.
Problem Solving: Address patient concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues in a timely manner, and escalating when needed.
Multitasking and Prioritization: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and HIPAA regulations
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical records systems

High school diploma or GED required
Medical assistant experience preferred
At least 6 months of experience in a medical front office role
As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and empathy in all interactions. Your contributions will directly impact the patient experience and help maintain the high standards of our facility.
Work Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2-3 Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with a weekday off when working a Saturday)
Training
Training is Paid! Must be able to train for 2 full weeks.
