We are looking for a skilled and strategic Website Developer & Marketing Automation specialist to oversee website performance, optimize user engagement, and drive conversions through marketing automation. This role combines technical expertise with a marketing mindset to ensure seamless website functionality and the execution of automated workflows that support the digital marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will manage daily website operations, implement updates, and enhance user experience using tools like WordPress, Hotjar, and SEMrush. Additionally, they will develop and maintain AI chatbot functionality, oversee API integrations, and ensure website security and SEO optimization in collaboration with external partners.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, managing CMS platforms like WordPress, and ensuring website security, responsiveness, and SEO optimization. In the marketing automation space, this individual will track campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI, refining strategies to enhance ROI. They will ensure seamless integrations between the website, CRM, and other marketing tools while maintaining data accuracy. Performance monitoring will be a key focus, involving the creation of dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as traffic, lead conversion rates, and engagement. By leveraging data insights, they will inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, this role will analyze website and automation campaign data, build reports and dashboards, and provide insights to guide strategic marketing decisions aligning with business objectives in a B2C healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in website management and marketing automation with minimal use of templates/AI
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and automation tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementation
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
