SynergenX-Low-T Center is seeking a mid-level provider for the role of a 4-day position (32 hour weekly) in Denver.

SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare are providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of weight control, low libido).
This position will float to Westminster mainly and Greenwood Village. Rarely (avg once every 2 months) to Colorado Springs (includes Mileage reimbursement for this location).
Work week is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and every 4 hour 8a-12p Saturday. Benefits included and competitive salary for 4 day work week!

Requirements:
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse practitioner in Colorado
- DEA Registration current in Colorado
- Previous APRN or advanced practice experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Team player attitude.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Clinical Hours:
- T 8-7
- Th 7-5
- F 8-5
- Saturday 8a-12p
- Clinic closes daily from 1-2
- This position is 32 hours, a day may change with advanced notice if coverage is needed due to PTO
Training:
2 full weeks M-F paid! 1 Week in Houston with travel paid for minus incidentals, second week in Denver.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
