Are you a driven, competitive, and outgoing salesperson who thrives on winning new business? Do you want to be in outside sales , meeting face-to-face with decision-makers, and building something from the ground up?
At Synergis , we connect top technology and creative talent with industry-leading companies. As a Client Services Representative (CSR) , you'll be responsible for hunting new business, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving revenue growth .
This is a new business development role- not account management -so you'll be prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals . You'll spend your first 3-6 months onsite (4 days / week) mastering our staffing sales process before transitioning to an Account Executive role, where you'll be expected to be in the field, meeting clients, and growing your book of business .
What You'll Be Doing :
Business Development & Prospecting
- Own your territory and pipeline-identify, research, and target potential clients.
- Engage decision-makers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Pitch Synergis' staffing solutions and establish long-term client relationships.

The annual salary for this position is $60,000. Benefits available to full-time employees : medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
