Associate UX Researcher
Duration : 10-month contract
Location : Remote, Bay Area preferred
We are seeking an Associate User Experience Researcher to support early-stage generative research needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background, experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights that shape product development.
Associate UX Researcher Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research strategies, including study design, participant recruitment, and test material development.
- Conduct usability testing, lab studies, field studies, in-depth interviews, and literature reviews.
- Design and administer quantitative surveys and analyze statistical data.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and assess usability principles.
- Capture and synthesize qualitative data, generating key insights for stakeholders.
- Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with participant recruiting teams.
- Manage complex research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Associate UX Researcher Requirements
The hourly pay range for this position is $50.00 to $65.00 / hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
