LOCATION : Santa Clara, CA (hybrid, onsite – Tuesday-Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION : 12 months with a possibility to extend
The Growth Marketing team is looking for a talented, experienced Data Scientist to join our team. We work directly with cross-functional teams to measure and monitor operational performance, conduct ad hoc analysis, and support strategic projects. Our day-to-day work involves a data-rich environment, accessed by Python and SQL to lead exploration and understanding of our team's reach and capabilities. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, with strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates should have an analytic mindset, able to set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Growth Operations Data Scientist Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of our services, including business model, data, strategies, and KPIs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and design reporting / dashboards
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance
- Develop strategic recommendations
- Identify areas for process optimization
- Perform ad-hoc deep dive analytics
- Balance competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
- Build and present analysis to exec leadership
Growth Operations Data Scientist Requirements :
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75 to $80 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees : medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
