Project Overview:
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. The gUP Operations PMO supports the gUP Operations team through portfolio management and scalable project management frameworks. We seek to drive the success of gUP Ops’ highest priorities by providing clarity, agility, speed and rigorous execution of major programs that are business critical for the organization.
Overall Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager for gUP Operations. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational process and ensuring the efficient execution of projects and initiatives. You will also provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on the status of the projects you work on.
Program Management:
- Own the end-to-end program management for prioritized projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Collaborate with project teams to remove obstacles, allocate resources, and maintain project schedules.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on the status of projects and process success metrics.
- Conduct post-project review to gather lessons learned and implement process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among different teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information and resources.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and executives to address strategic needs and concerns.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on operations or PMO
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as productivity and project management software (e.g., Google Workspace), communication platforms, and reporting tools
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.93 to $92.51/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
