Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending ingredients according to specified recipes while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, making it essential for candidates to possess a strong understanding of culinary practices and food production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients accurately based on established recipes.
- Bending and lifting is required up to 55lbs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the blending area.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
- Measure and weigh ingredients using basic math skills for precise blending.
- Sanitate work surfaces, tools, and equipment before and after use to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the blending process.
