Duties
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and locations
- receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipment.
- conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Warehouse experience
