Your work would include:
- Assist Lead Designer with following:
- Prepare and execute full field documentation of space to be remodeled
- Create Conceptual plan drawings and 3D presentations of design using Chief Architect
- Prepare information regarding design, materials and color for client presentation
- Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms
- Coordinate and submit product selections for vendor estimates and prepare information for estimating
- Document client relationship activities in specialized Buildertrend software
- Prepare construction contracts, addendums and sample forms
The skills and Traits important for this position are:
- Strong understanding of Kitchen and bathroom design
- Passionate about designing residential remodeling projects.
- A degree in Interior Design
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Love working with people
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to work some nights and some Saturdays
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn specialized Buildertrend software
- Familiar with Chief Architect and 20/20
