Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience and skills may also be considered.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in business process modeling, feasibility analysis, requirement engineering (both functional and non-functional), and solution development.
- Proven ability to support QA and end-to-end project management.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or software development projects is a plus.
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in documenting and mapping business processes using "As-Is" and "To-Be" models.
- Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning, modeling, and visualization to support business decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & Computer Skills:
- General knowledge of infrastructure components, networks, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and MS Project.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar software development and testing tracking tools.
Additional Technical Expertise:
- SQL/PLSQL querying, data wrangling, statistical analysis, and modeling (e.g., Python, R).
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, communication, and data storytelling.
