The Graphic Designer will create a wide variety of brand-compliant materials in various formats to support the company’s growth marketing strategy, brand recognition, associate and client retention, internal communications and programs. They will collaborate with fellow marketing associates to translate concepts and messaging into compelling visual graphics that resonate with targeted audiences. They will partner with the senior creative manager to ensure brand consistency and manage project timelines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior creative manager, content specialist, and the wider marketing team to develop concepts into compelling visual graphics and deliverables.
- Utilize best practices to design marketing deliverables such as digital assets and graphics (for websites, social media, presentation decks, etc.), printed collateral (brochures, sell sheets, signage, etc.), and email communications.
- Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all platforms.
- Manage project tasks and communicate updates with the senior creative manager and stakeholders to deliver assets to clients within established timeframes.
- Prepare and export final files according to best practices.
- Maintain a repository of native editable files with associated resources and imagery within the company’s cloud storage (Sharepoint).

- A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or other related field
- 2 years of agency or corporate design experience
