Qualifications
- Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Preferred: Proven experience in sales within the EHR software industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals; experience with behavioral and substance abuse facilities preferred. In lieu of EHR experience, knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Sales is acceptable.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- HubSpot (or other CRM) knowledge and experience with data mining sales software (such as Data.com) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to make independent decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), presentation skills, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude; organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image at all times.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
