We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to for an open position in Houston, TX. This is for an out patient clinic.
Job Responsibilities
Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with Synergy Management Solutions guidelines. Provides quality OT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides & participates in case management. Represents Synergy's commitment to quality & service in all interactions with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding occupational therapy.
Synergy Care offers full benefits for Full time employees as well as some Part Time benefits!
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant.
