Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Program Manager/Rehab Director for an open position Lake Charles, LA. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for OT, PT, SLP. COTA or PTA or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Therapist.
